Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we do! But there would be cost inccurd for international delivery. Please refer to the delivery section for the cost of delivery on the country to be delivered.

How do I return an item?

 

We do not provide return pf items once successfully delivered.

What is your returns policy?

 

We do not practice return policy for the item purchased. We only accept return items if the item delivered to you are broken or non functioning. Please check the item to be sure that is intact and functioning properly before signing the acceptance form. If it happens that the item delivered is broken or non-functioning do not accept it. The item will automatically send it back to us and once we received the return item we will send you a new one.

How do I track my order?

 

Once you done purchasing the items, your order will be submitted to delivery section and it will take within 48 hours to process. Once the delivery is out we will send a tracking number to your email.

How can I contact your couriers?

 

We use a general courier such as SF, DHL, UPS etc. for the delivery. You can check with the courier through their website once you received the tracking number from us.

What are your delivery options?

 

We only deliver using express courier, cause we found that it is the safest and fastest way to deliver the item to you.
